Rootie Tootie

I am so stinkin' happy that I can finally share my excitement at having been invited to join the Design Team for {my stampbox}. My buddy {marci} first introduced me to this Canadian stamp manufacturer, and I had been drooling over the assignments she created for mSB for some time.

So when she posted on her blog that mSB had a DT call, I thought "why not?" I think what totally swayed it for me is the fact that they have a wonderful selection of {german stamps} on offer.
When I create cards and  projects for my family I often wish I would have some German sentiments at hand, so mSB were the perfect partner in that respect.

During the cause of this year I have noticed how much more I have gone back to stamping, so to say that I was exited when I received the email from Bettina, inviting me to their team, is an understatement. It was sooooooo difficult for me to keep schtumm about it as well, as I have been playing with some of the sets for over a week now and I so desperately wanted to show them off...and now I CAN!!! WOOT WOOT

And then {this} made me sniffle and smile at the same time. Love ya too, girl xoxo

So you wanna what I created for them for this month?

Layout - Busted
Stamps used: {merry word jumble}; {just add notes}

It is not quite clear on the picture but I used the Merry Word Jumble on the masking tape. In two different colours, the sentiment Happy Together was stamped in random fashion on the tape, which gave it an interesting pattern. From the Just Add Notes set, I used the Memories. Notes and Lines stamps.

Card - Jinge Bells
Stamps used: {ho ho ho}

It is never to early to start on your Christmas cards and as soon as I saw this super cute Reindeer stamp, I knew I had to use it staright away. Yes, I am aware that I still need to work on my colouring of images, but I think I am getting better :)

Tag - Happy Birthday
Stamps used: {happy birthday - small box}

I love this set - it is so versatile and not restricted to be used for Birthday sentiments. The parcel would just as well work for a Christmas card, as would the candle.

There is more to come from me this month, but that will have to wait a little. Every day of the week, there will be an inspirational post on the {msb blog} by a different DT Member - my turn is later on this month and I cannot wait to show you what I created :)
